Order Cancellation Policy

 

Welcome to Domizenta (hereinafter referred to as “we”). This Order Cancellation Policy explains the rules and handling procedures for order cancellations under different order statuses.

1. Orders Eligible for Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order under the following conditions:

Within 24 hours from the time the order is placed, and the order has not yet been shipped
If both conditions above are met, you may request cancellation by contacting customer support

Whether an order has been shipped will be determined based on the order status in our system.

2. Orders Not Eligible for Direct Cancellation

An order cannot be directly cancelled under the following circumstances:

More than 24 hours have passed since the order was placed
The order has entered the shipping process or has already been shipped

Once an order has entered the shipping stage, it cannot be intercepted or cancelled directly.

3. Handling of Shipped or Late Cancellation Orders

If an order has already been shipped or exceeds the allowable cancellation time, you may still request a return or exchange in accordance with our Return and Exchange Policy, subject to eligibility.

All handling will follow the conditions and procedures outlined in the Return and Exchange Policy.

4. Refunds

Orders that meet the cancellation requirements and are successfully cancelled will be refunded to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refund processing time is subject to the processing timelines of the payment service provider.

5. Special Circumstances

In certain situations, such as system errors, payment issues, or other reasonable circumstances, we may assist with order cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis.

These arrangements do not affect your reasonable rights.
