Return and Exchange Policy
Welcome to Domizenta (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”). This Return and Exchange Policy applies to all orders placed in accordance with Australian law and explains the conditions, procedures, and arrangements for returns and exchanges. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law.
1. Return and Exchange Period
You may request a return or exchange within 35 days from the date you receive the product.
Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
2. Return Conditions
Products returned must meet the following conditions:
The product must be unused or only reasonably inspected or tried
The product must be in good condition and suitable for resale
The product must be returned with its original packaging and the return label provided in the parcel, where applicable
Products that do not meet the above conditions may not be eligible for return approval.
3. Return Process

Please contact us via email or phone to state the reason for the return and submit a return request.
Step 2: Use the return label to send the product back
A return label is pre-included in the parcel at the time of shipment. Please keep it safe and use it when returning the product.
If the return label is lost, please contact customer support and we will assist you.
Step 3: Product inspection and refund processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund in accordance with this policy.
4. Exchange Process
To request an exchange, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Contact customer support
Please contact us and specify your exchange request, such as size, model, or replacement with the same product.
Step 2: Return the original product
Please use the return label provided in the parcel to send the original product back. If the label is lost, customer support can assist you.
Step 3: Creation and processing of a new order
After we confirm that the returned product meets the exchange conditions, a new exchange order will be created.
The processing time for the exchange order is 1–3 business days, after which the replacement product will be shipped.
5. Return and Exchange Shipping Costs
All shipping costs associated with eligible returns and exchanges under this policy are covered by us.
You are not required to pay any additional shipping fees for returns or exchanges.
6. Refunds
Refunds will be processed after the returned product has passed inspection.
Refunds will be issued within 1–5 business days and will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
The actual time for funds to appear may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
7. Non-Returnable or Non-Exchangeable Situations
Return or exchange requests may not be accepted in the following circumstances:
Products returned after the 35-day return and exchange period
Products showing clear signs of use, damage, or conditions affecting resale
Products that do not meet the return conditions outlined in this policy
These provisions do not affect your non-excludable rights under Australian Consumer Law.
