Shipping policy
Welcome to Domizenta (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”). This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered after you place an order on our website.
1. Shipping Destinations
At present, we only offer shipping to the United Kingdom.
We ship to all regions within the United Kingdom and do not currently support shipping to any other countries or regions. Orders with delivery addresses outside the United Kingdom cannot be processed.
2. Shipping Carriers
We work with internationally recognized logistics carriers, including but not limited to FedEx, UPS, and DHL Express. The specific carrier used will be determined based on the destination, package size, and operational considerations.
3. Shipping Fees
Orders with a total value of AUD 79.99 or more (including AUD 79.99) qualify for free shipping.
Orders with a total value below AUD 79.99 will be charged a flat shipping fee of AUD 8.99.
All shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
4. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.
5. Order Cut-Off Time
The daily order cut-off time is 6:00 PM (18:00) on business days.
The cut-off time applies only on business days.
Orders placed after 6:00 PM on a business day, or on weekends or public holidays, will be processed starting from the next business day.
6. Estimated Delivery Time
After an order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 6–10 business days.
This is an estimate only, and actual delivery times may vary due to logistics carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, peak seasons, or other factors beyond our control.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will send a dispatch confirmation email containing tracking information.
You may also track your order through the “Order Tracking” page available in the website footer.
Tracking information is usually updated within 24 hours after dispatch.
8. Taxes and Duties
All applicable taxes and duties are included in the product prices.
No additional taxes or customs charges are required upon delivery.
9. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address details are accurate and complete when placing an order.
We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information or unsuccessful delivery attempts due to recipient unavailability.
If an order is returned due to address issues, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
10. Delays and Force Majeure
We will make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe; however, we are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including logistics carrier delays, customs clearance issues, natural disasters, or actions by government authorities.
Such delays do not affect your statutory rights under applicable Australian consumer laws.
